Important information on ISIS entries

Athletes’ and coaches’ profiles will be made public and will be used by the media for the coverage of the World Cups and World Championships. National Federations are responsible for the quality of the picture and information published on the ISIS profiles.

For the 2015 season, no accreditation will be delivered if the data on the ISIS profile is either incorrect or incomplete. Full document here with the information needed for your ISIS profile.

Entries are made online via ICF’s ISIS system at the following link:

Visa

Denmark is a member of the European Union (EU). Particpants from a country, who is not a member of the EU are required a visa to enter the Schengen Area.

As long as each particpants and official applies for an entry visa in accordance with the Schengen rules, we can confirm that a visa to enter Denmark will be granted. All accredited persons are guaranteed free movement around Denmark.

Boat transportation

Participants who need a visa are kindly requested to contact their Chamber of Comerce or Custom Office to obtain the accurate information regarding the documents necessary for the boat transportation.

Boat Rental

Federations wishing to rent boats for the competition should contact the appropriate manufacturer who will directly take care of these necessities:

Insurance and Medical Service

All participants are firmly advised to obtain an appropriate medical insurance from their respective Federations. First aid and emergency medical service will be availabe at Bagsværd Regatta Course, from May 25-31 to everyone requiring medical assistance. The hospital in Herlev (situated close to the regatta course) will be stand by to cover the needs during the event.
